Wetland PeekShows (or peekshow) has nothing to do with peepshow though the name is obviously intended to make you think of that.  It is actually a service provider that provides webcam feeds to other sites.  It sits clearly in the "professional" space, there is no way for you as a girl to sign as a model -- and the models are sure of high quality! 

In the actual chats, even the free ones, you'll find plenty of girls nude, topless or bottomless and playing with themselves and stuff.  I guess they feel that because this area is adult verified they don't have to restrict the girls in public chat like other sites do. 

Slightly annoying is the lack of a clear link on every page to go back to the who's online now page -- sometimes it's possible to get "lost" and not know where to click to get back into chat.

Peekshow has many sections under different names -- apparently at least some of these are separate companies running under the peekshows system.

 Peekshows is now offering custom software (PeekshowsX) to "improve the user experience" -- sounds a bit like the Camania site; great idea technically if you can get people to trust you enough to install.  At least with peekshows it is an option rather than the only way which is what camania did (and failed in the end for them).

With the downloaded software you get : room list sorting/ viewing options, fast room changing, full screen video.   It's the full screen video in free chat which is the most attractive.

There is also a separate piece of software (PX) that runs in your system tray and notifies you when your selected "favorite" girls come online, also lets you go directly bios and so on.

Another new thing is "happy hour" -- this is not the same as imLive happy hour which is basically hosts rotating through a discount area and is available 24x7 -- but at peekshows happy hour is an actual time of day/week where you can buy tokens cheaper.  Used to be buy 3 tokens and get 1 free from 5am-9am and 5pm-9pm PST every Tuesday is the deal, but now it's buy 4 get five.

If you want even more good deals they are doing a  lucky draw for 50 free Peekshows tokens every day and 1000 free tokens every month.  To be entered into the draw you have to purchase some tokens at the right time.  But you don't actually have to purchase tokens to offer -- you can send in a postcard instead!  See their members page for details.  This is some kind of legal requirement right?  I see it all the time on cereal boxes "No purchase required, just send in a postcard".  First time I've seen it on a cam site though!

Peekshows no longer hires models directly. They must work through a 2nd party contractor.

For models there is now an incentive program for models who attract new customers to the site -- should like an encouragement to poaching if you ask me but there you go -- it's 20% of the amount a new customer spends after the signup via the models dedicated signup page.  Models can also earn 1% just for getting a new user to signup from their chatroom.

Pay rates for models have also been adjusted to a sliding payrate scale starting at $1.75 and going up to $2.50 if the model does enough minutes per week -- but this only applies for models based in the USA working directly for peekshows. 

Not studios and not Europeans. 

No comment on that but I think you can guess my opinion of these "US-only" rules!!

Peekshows has full screen video in free chat on it's optional downloadable software.... The new tray icon favorite model list is pretty cool too.........
